I don't know about that the only information I have about this picture is that it's taken in Helsinki in 1939-1944.

I make it a traction avant. the suicide doors are a good clue. Also, they used to use them for police cars between the wars so it makes sense that they'd be lying around.

OK, we have large 4 door convertible. Very peculiarly shaped headlights. Fuel cap on the rear fender, Front doors are suicide. Rear wheels have a cover, which is not mounted at the moment, note the three mount points. Might be a Skoda Superb or Favorit. Not a perfect match with other pictures, though.
